- Fresnel's Bi-prism Experiment: an instrument that demonstrates how Fresnel's Bi-prism can be used to obtain fringes due to interference and to calculate the wavelength of monochromatic light. Bi-prism produces interference pattern from a single source due to the creation of two virtual coherent sources as the light passes through the prism.

- The apparatus consists of an optical Bench on which components are mounted using movable rides. For setting up the experiment, slit, eye piece and biprism are adjusted so as to obtain well defined bright and dark fringes. Here sodium vapour lamp is used as light source.
- Optical Bench: For Lloyd's Mirror Experiment, Research Optical Bench. This product is made from optimum quality heavy cast channel with a strong central rib. Offered bench is commonly used in different laboratories for performing various experiments. This product is offered with four accessories such as biprism holder, lens holder, micrometer eye piece and optical slit for effective performances.

Technical Details
- Optical Slit: Optically true stainless jaws, spring action for opening of jaws eliminated to ensure original accuracy even after prolonged use. Jaws open uniformly all along through a milled head, jaw alignment tested for optical accuracy.
- Fresnel's Bi-Prism: Fresnel's biprism consist of two prisms of very small angles joined base to base.
- Bi-Prism Holder: Bi-Prism holder has the fine radial motion by a fine pitch screw.
- Lens Holder: Lens holder is automatic spring action for equal opening and closing both sides.
- Micrometer Eyepiece: Ramsden Eyepiece, 10x, is carried on a slider which moves along a micrometer screw accurately made L.C. =0.01mm.
